TDC Erhverv Assist is a professional tool designed to facilitate efficient call management. It provides streamlined access to your company's phone directory, allowing seamless calling, messaging via SMS, or emailing colleagues directly from the application.

The app features an advanced call transfer function, enabling users to forward calls professionally even while on the move. The integrated Status View allows users to determine whether a colleague is available or engaged in a call before initiating a transfer.

Users can set up call forwarding to a secretary, colleague, or voicemail, and have the option to activate the "Do Not Disturb" mode as needed.

With Visual Voicemail integrated into the app, users receive a clear overview of all voicemails. The functionality includes options to delete, listen to, rewind or fast-forward messages, and share voicemails via the app.

For members of a Call Center, the application offers a comprehensive overview. It shows call center members’ status (logged in or out) and displays the current call queue length.

The Call Recording feature allows users to record calls directly through the application for future reference or quality assurance.
